J. Kaineheikailiili Chun-Lum

Jeffrey Kaineheikaʻiliʻili Chun-Lum is a native of Hālawa, Oʻahu. He has served as Kawaihuelani’s Educational Specialist since 2016. Kainehe earned his MA in ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi in 2019, with his Master’s Thesis entitled “I Haʻaheo Ka Lawaiʻa I Ka Lako I Ka ʻUpena”. His MA work and current research focuses on Hawaiian net making and the vocabulary specific to this hana noʻeau.
