Keʻalohi is a kupa of Waiʻanae and a product of the Kaiapuni program. She earned her BA in ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi, a MEdT in Hawaiian Immersion education, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D in Curriculum Studies. She taught in the Kaiapuni program at Waiau Elementary for 6 years before being hired at Kawaihuelani as an Instructor of Hawaiian. Her research interest are focused on creating curriculum to support Kaiapuni teachers.
